hi Mike,
well i think my brain must have frozen.
I have been sent a folder by a colleague which has each file named
followed by the date created, as there are seven hundred files in all it is
a bit of a nightmare.
Lennie method works for him but I can't hack it, I found modified through
your system but I couldn't change it to work.
Never mind time for icecream I think.
Any thoughts gratefully acceptted.

I don't know if this will help but, to find modify, press alt + V, for the
view menu, arrow down to, arrange by, press enter, &, modify, will be in
this list as you arrow down. Hope this helps. Take care.
