Hi Dan; Is this only happening with Send Space links & not any others? In options, on the Read tab, are you set to have all email set to read all messages in plain text? What you can try is, on the link, press the keystroke of, Alt, Shift, + H, or Insert / Jaws key + the F7 key, to see if either of these keystrokes will open the link. Hope this helps. Take care. Mike
