Hi Dan; To view your messages in HTML do the following. 1. Alt + T,for tools& press the letter O, for options. Or, press Control, Shift, + O, to go straight to options. 2. Control + Tab, 1 time to the Read page. 3. Tab 3 or 4 times to, Read all messages in plain text, if this box is checked, press the spacebar to unchecked it. 4. Tab to apply, press spacebar, tab to okay, & press enter or spacebar.
