[Blind-Computing] program sounds

Hi all,
I have an anti virus program that has its own voice that tells me when a virus 
is found in my email, when a scan is complete and when the virus data base has 
been up dated.
but all of a sudden the voice is a little lowere than usual.
so my question is how do I make the voice a little louder?
I am using windows xp
