Hi Rick ,
thanks for all your help.
I will write to the support team of my anti virus program and ask them for help.
and also I will keep serching on my own to try to figure out how to raise the 
gvoice , on my own.
if I come up with a solution to this problem I will post it on the list so it 
might help others if they ever come across this problem.
