Hi Rick and Anna,

You may look for those WAV files also in the personal settings location, if they exist.

Here is a way to look there:
1. Go to "start" menu either by pressing the ctrl+esc or windows key
2. Go to "run", activate it and at the combobox shown, type "%appdata%"
3. Press enter and you will be posisionned in your windows explorer in your application data folder. 4. Try to find out the folder of your virus protection software, open it and look for the mentionned WAV files, if they exist.

Please note that the options written in quotation are in English and are subject to local lables depanding on your Windows language.

Have a good weekend!
Nikolay

Hi Anna,
Well, I was hoping that they used individual files, and we could have tried raising the volume in
Windows Sound Recorder at least.
Sorry, I'm fresh out of ideas at the moment.

Hi Anna,
Here is something you can try:
Locate the folder for your anti-virus program, which should be located in
C:\Program Files
Open the folder, and look thru the files and see if you find any .wav files
If you do, let me know, and we will go from there.

Hi Anna,
Do you have more than one soundcard installed on your computer?

but all of a sudden the voice is a little lowere than usual.
so my question is how do I make the voice a little louder?
I am using windows xp
