I don't think that Sandisk makes USB soundcards, but you can give this a look:

You can also look at Creative Labs, maker of Soundblaster:

Some cards are about the same size of a flash drive, and others are a stand-alone box that connects to the computer via USB cable.
In either case, keep in mind that you will need
a set of speakers for each soundcard if you are going to use them at the same time.
