Hi Dan,
Would you be so kind, to mention which operating system your computer runs?
I will say how you may find out that using Windows XP:
1. Press the windows key and go to the "run" command.
2. At the combobox labeled "open", type msconfig and press the enter key.
3. By pressing the Ctrl+tab go to the tabpage labeled "Startup"
4. Here you will find a column listbox with the following items for each row
containing a process that starts:
4.1. Status/item - that is a checkbox followed by the name of the process
that is starting.
4.2. Command - points to the location and executable that is started.
4.3. Location - point to the registry key that contains the info about the
process.
By pressing a space bar you may either stop or start a process, depanding on
the value of the leading checkbox.
By activating the "ok" button the changes are saved.
Regards,
Nikolay
