I fixed it!! Apparently in the security tab in options something was checked that shouldn't be checked. Upon unchecking it, the email played, oh happy day...
I do like that web site Jacob, that's a lil' honey. I even went back and converted that thang to 8 bit, but I really think it was something unchecked that was causing it not to play.
