Hello there;

Using xp, go to the start menu, if your using the windows xp view, then
press the letter c=control panel,
You will land in the ctrl panel.

On my XP Start menu, there is no such item as Settings.  The only item that
comes close is Set Program Access and Defaults, which contains no reference
to the Control Panel. What am I missing?
