David, It didn't work in Outlook 200 nor does it in Outlook 2010

I read the tatorial and it does not work for me. There is nothing alt 1, 1 that I can find that will work. When I use alt 1 1jaws reads contact name but it immediately goes away. When I try to select it jaws states selected when I try to copy to the clipboard nothing is spoken or copied. As far as insert, shift r, keyboard help only says r so there is nothing defined for that key combo.
