Instructions for adding email address to outlook address book. 1, enter on the message which contains the email address which you wish to add to your contacts.
2, now shift+tab until you hear; The person's email address, Or, the person's name, Essentially, You should be in the to edit field. 3, now press the applications key, Or, Shift+f10 Either way brings up the context menu. 4, up arrow and enter on add contact to outlook Press enter. Here a screen will open, Using the tab key, You can read the various fields, Otherwise, You could just press escape, You will hear a prompt, Microsoft Outlook Do you want to save changes? However, if you press alt N you can then tab to signatures. Press enter, and I believe you down arrow to the line that says signatures. Next, tab through the available options.
