Instructions for adding email address to outlook address book.

1, enter on the message which contains the email address which you wish to
add to your contacts.

2, now shift+tab until you hear;
The person's email address,
Or, the person's name,
Essentially,
You should be in the to edit field.

3, now press the applications key,
Or,
 Shift+f10
Either way brings up the context menu.

4, up arrow and enter on add contact to outlook Press enter.

Here a screen will open,
Using the tab key,
You can read the various fields,
Otherwise,
You could just press escape,
You will hear a prompt,

Microsoft Outlook
Do you want to save changes?
Yes No Cancel
You're on the default button which is yes, Just press enter, The new entry
is posted in your address book in outlook.

Hi
     I don't remember every detail about adding signatures. However, if you
press alt N you can then tab to signatures. Press enter, and I believe you
down arrow to the line that says signatures. Next, tab through the available
options. I don't remember how it goes past this point.
