Hello there;
To add a folder in outlook2010,
Do the following;
Ctrl+shift+e=
Create new folder.
After pressing ctrl+shift+e,
You first need to:

Name:
Give folder a name,
Now tab you will see/hear;
Folder contains:
Mail and Post Items
Tab again you will see/hear;

Select where to place the folder:
Now if you want the folder to be in the folder view,
And in the first level,
Arrow up until your at the top of the folders,
You most likely will hear;
Zero,
And then personal folders opened,
Now tab okay.

If you want to use a quick shortcut keystroke,
>From the inbox,
Alt+o/n=new folder,
Then the above steps will still apply.

I need to know how to create folders. How do you add contacts when you get
