Hi anna,
you can try going to start, all programs, accessories, system tools,
& arro down to internet explorer (No-Add-Ons,& press enter,
if it opens normaly, you nead to reset your IE browser from
C pannel internet options & press ctrl + tab to get the  advanced tab
then tab to get reset button and choos your reset options and press ok,
hope it will  fix it for you...
