Hi Mike and all the rest, I am using an earlier version of jaws like 4.5 I know that some features of internet explorer eight do not work with it but what I am using it for it works just fine. yes once I get out of all that sending error report internet explorer eight works just fine. I also went into internet options and reset it and just left my avast add-ons enabled but it still does the same thing when you open it and once you send the error report it works just fine. thanks all for all your help if you have any other suggestions please let me know.
