I would agree with I work at AAA call center here in Portland. two 9 hour days and this is what I have and bought a spare and they are top of the line. Right as when I bought these two a few years back they were $ 436. that including the shiping. In case you don't know left side wired for Jaws and the right side you and the customer and the flip down Mircophone!! Comes with the mute, on and off volume rolling bar and a adjustment on the side for the volume for the Mircophone! and it's extension!! Awesome set up and worth the bucks to stay working!
