Hello Friends,
I also have a couple of these "dual Headsets" from Plantronics .
I have had mine for more than 10 years!

They are great, and almost indestructible!
Of course I have replaced the ear cushions several times over the years, that cost about $ 6 or $7 per pair including shipping. I have even purchased a "boom Mike" for one set, after I broke one once, carelessly slammed a desk drawer on the headset, and snapped the boom mike!
You must understand you can purchase separate parts for these Head sets.
A simple telephone call to their Customer Service Department!
And I doubt that company will ever go out of business, because they sell the regular headsets to most all Call Centers at least here in the States.

Yes, a bit expensive, but they will last for decades!
They are made to!
With Best Regards,

"Plantronics is a company that has a few really good headsets that will do
what you want. Last time I looked they were a bit pricey...but well worth it
for the quality."
I would agree with I work at AAA call center here in Portland. two 9 hour
days and this is what I have and bought a spare and they are top of the
line. Right as when I bought these two a few years back they were $ 436.
that including the shiping. In case you don't know left side wired for Jaws and the right side you and the customer and the flip down Mircophone!! Comes
with the mute, on and off volume rolling bar and a adjustment on the side
for the volume for the Mircophone! and it's extension!! Awesome set up and
worth the bucks to stay working!
