Hi Rich, The path you need to follow for Windows XP home would be as follows;
C:\documents and settings\user name\application data\microsoft\templates Important: note that where I have put in User name you must use whatever your profile name is such as Rich or Richard or something ike that as an example. Now when you get into templates look for Normal.dot and delete it.
