>From my experience unfinished quests do not reset to 0 if you cash in finished quests. So, if you have a quest to sell 25000 grain, but have only sold 10000 grain when you cash in the rest of your quests, the grain quest will still be at 10000 when you come back after the reset. Unfinished quests do not reset, at least none I have seen so far do. I tend to let the automation quests run over multiple resets, making it less expensive to get them, though taking longer. I have the 100 automation quest right now, and will be resetting with only 26 completed. After next reset I should be able to add in an additional 25 automations, bringing me up to 51 on that quest.
