Well try again I had to try yesterday twice, but yeah they are getting
overloaded, they crashed out initially when downloading and with a few
more things.
Just keep trying, eventually it will unlock.
You do realise all this crashy server means that we finally have a game
which is so popular we are overloading the servers, mainstream stuff
does it all the time but our stuff never does it.
Send their support a mail if it continues.
I plan to get back to it today after all the internet streams, I am also
doing work on several computers and remote units and stuff today though
so that may take a while.

game folder, re-extract it. Now I cannot unlock the game. So if entombed is
