Once the Rom has been extracted, which file from the Rom do we load to
start game play, however?
This is where a beginners or newbies tutorial would be so nice.

I think an absolute beginners tutorial or podcast specifically devoted
to those of us using Accessibility, maybe taking a person through the
initial install, configuration, and installing and running a Rom would
be a nice thing to have? Especially since this is very new for many of us.
