For configuring input, go to the settings menu, to the right of the main menu, and arrow down to input. Configure game controllers in the “port 1” menu, and same for any other controllers in port2 and so on. If you mean Retroarch hotkeys, do that in the hotkeys bind menu. For configuring controls for individual cores, open the menu within a game using F1, and navigate to input or controls or something like that. I’ve not had any audio stuttering issues. Maybe check the drivers menu in settings?
