I wonder if this descriptive format can ever work for a faster paced game like resident evil series or god of war... I hope so cause I'm a huge fan of those series and it'd be awesome to be able to get descriptions of all the various characters and creatures in action.

Really enjoyable and I'm definitely looking for the next installment. I notice the battles don't get alot of description- I guess they are over with way too fast for it to be described. Would it be possible for some battles to be paused so we can get a description of battle movements and a "blow by blow" recap? _____ From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of CluelessGorilla Sent: Sunday, March 01, 2020 4:53 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [blind-gamers] Gorilla's Playthrough: Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition, narrated Hi all, Just a weekly update. My last communications with the host was 4 years ago. He now has a house and a family, and due to company politics decided to downgrade his position meaning he gets a little less in the pocket. He no longer broadcasts but yeah. The archives are still active so he must still have some sort of an online presence. On 10/02/2020 11:15 am, CluelessGorilla wrote: Great to hear it’s still going. I loved the Sierra games. Coincidentally tried doing a narration of Quest for Glory 1 not too long ago, for this. Seems like it worked well. If you download and listen to the stuff, you should find complete playthroughs of batman arcum assylum, and simon the saucerer 1 as well as diablow I think its 2 or is it 3 and there are a few other games I forget. Sort of narated, I think spacequest 4 or one of those is there to. It is semi interactive as votes for actions are done via teamtalk. There are quite a lot if not all of the monkey island series or at least a fair few, the guy is a searia online fan quite a serious one. In fact most of the shows starts with the monkey island theme. There is a soundtrack archive . The guy also has music from games he rearanged on synthstudio.net. There are several years of content. So go nuts. I'm gonna promote the podcast to a few podcast groups that like audio drama. Because they know what audio dramas are, but not audio description, I'm hoping many can listen with ease. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Groups.io Links: You receive all messages sent to this group.
