Until JAWS is rendered obsolete, then it remains a screen-reader that requires support. To be honest, I wouldn't mind if Windows 10 did a better job with an out-of-the-box screen-reader, but that day is not here.
More importantly, I am not going to give my support to a product that I cannot actually play. I am not going to try and learn a new screen-reader just to play one game that I may--or may not--enjoy playing.
