You'll not find tintin-alteraeon in the playstore. If you were using a chromebook google has information on how to install linux on it. If using a phone, you'll need one of those linux systems that can run on top of android for that. Either way, once installed if git is on the linux system you could try to install tintin-alteraeon from its git repository page.
