I agree that a spoiler warning might have been nice, but truthfuly, he didn't give away any real answers here, he just told you how to get them. And about Cheese, yeah he said that Cheese always follows the same path and that you have to chase him many times during the game but he didn't actually reveal the path Cheese follows.
