Good plan, I like it.
what about that within the dark forces there was a good guy that joins you.
Either betrays you or stays and helps, both would probabbly do, and if you had 
2 good gyes extra then tis would be better.
My one was that there was an enemy grater than the empire.
I don't know what that would be.
Borg maybe <questioning?
What about a startrek/starwars crossover type thing.
Have some romulans ofcause and things, loads of borg, etc.
