The only problem with that is this: If you kill Darth Vadar, while he's 
still Darth Vadar, you need to figure out which theory of time travel you're 
going to put forth for the premise of the game. In one theory, it doesn't 
matter if you kill Darth Vadar because in another universe he never comes to 
the future and he still fights Luke in the original trilogy. If, however, 
you put forth the premise that the future can be changed, then there will be 
an upset in the space time continuam. Darth Vadar will have been killed 
before the final climax in Episode 6, and Luke may or my not have confronted 
an alternate Syth Lord. All sorts of things could be haywire, and it is 
possible that there would be no New Jedi Order.
    I like the premise a lot, but there need to be consistancies in it. I do 
like the idea of being able to fight Darth Vadar, though.
