Hi.
for what it is worth I read the Monkey business manual, and in the 
movement section it describes where the player must jump on rocks, over 
acid pits, ledges, etc...
By the nature of what is described Monkey Business doesn't have allot of 
enemies attacking so the difficulty actualy belongs in overcoming the 
physical bariers like climbing vines, jumping acid pits, walking ledges, 
etc...
I have played some console games when I was sighted which had similar 
areas of difficulty.They had some sort of treasure hunting aspect to 
them and often the best kind of game was one where some levels were 
finding ways around natural environmental problems.
