You know? I find that one of the greatest things about playing these games is the object lesson in patience they provide, and I am NOT a naturally patient person. I have really had, on more than one occasion, to make myself not simply throw a fit in frustration, but be patient and come back to it later when I had a fresh idea about how to get past what was stumping me. I appreciate the tips about the ropes that have been posted here though. I have to admit that that would probably have really driven me up the wall. What can I say? I'm sometimes not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to figuring those things out on my own.
