Yes, I hadn't considered that a lot of folks might not have mice, as most 
systems come with them now.
  But as to your comment that you don't think folks would want to use a 
mouse, even if they had one, I don't understand why you think so?
  Just because something isn't widely used yet doesn't make it a bad tool 
does it?
  I personally have never played an accessible game with a mouse before, but 
I find doing so in this game a lot more fun than the keyboard, and as well, 
you need the ability for subtle input to put up decent lap times in Rail 
Racer.
  I will probably program in the option for keyboard control, but I think to 
enjoy the game as it was designed will require the kind of analog input only 
a mouse or steering wheel/joystick can provide, but it would seem a lot of 
blind gamers that don't have joysticks or steering wheels would have a 
mouse.
