Hi, Shaun. The terms don't have to state what to do when they do not respond to a request, because the terms are still in place. If they have not given prier written permission, and then no permission has been granted. About them not caring it isn't a matter of caring or not caring. I feel it is more like a matter of economics. Hazbro can walse in and get permission to make action figures, games, etc because they will bring Lucas Film millions of bucks through sales. What would USA Games bring in for them. A couple thousand tops. that is pocket change. We are not much of an advantage, or worth the time. As for doing what I want that is simply not true. There are times when someone can do what they want, and there times that one must obey the laws of the nation they are in. Sometimes they are not fair, but obey them one should to be a good citizen not alone a respectable business.
