I am also frustrated, and do understand your point. The problem is that 
just because someone can get away with it doesn't make it right. I do 
try to be honest and up front with people, and I don't feel it is right 
not to inform a company of my intentions. It is the law of the United 
States to do so, and if they choose to they can enforce it if they want to.
I haven't given up hope on contacting them, and if I get some attention 
I can make a good case that they aren't providing accessible products, 
and this community wants them. If they do by chance give me the go ahead 
that puts USA Games in an interesting place as we can probably sell our 
games via the Star Wars Store, or talk Lucas Film in to allowing us to 
place adds, etc.
It is probably a long shot I know, but it is better to have them as a 
partner than an enemy. Smile.
