Hi, Shaun. I think you are missing the point. We are not talking about what you would do, but I would or should do. That is a totally different thing. Grin. As for pushing to get what you want in some cases it works, and many cases it doesn't. Bajoring a company won't gain you any ground at all. If anything will get the door slammed in your face. Using a more diplomatic approach works best. However, it takes patients to go the diplomatic approach.
