Hi, I just logged your buggs/suggestions. As for accessing the tactical weapons in non-menued mode use the numbers 1 through 5 on your number row. This is one area I haven't gotten to documenting yet, but will fully document before final release. As for rerouting power in the restock menu you have an option to restock phasers and an option to restock shields. When you restock either of those the power is drawn off your warp engines and main power, and rerouted to that system. As for the size of a sector it is a 20 by 20 square. I have gotten other complaints about the 0 light years distance on short range, and will be converting it to something more useful. Smile.
