Yes, actually I read a Word document on the RNIB page on how to set and check time and alarm. What I didn't understand is the need to synchronize the hands with the tactile pointers.
Anyway, I am looking for a little better price than available here, all I can figure is the big difference is in the import duty. I am trying now to locate a vendor in or around Houston where I can wander in and buy one. Even allowing for the exchange rate I should be able to buy one for under $400 over there, I need about $600 here.
