My wife and I laid our tile down about 3 and half years ago. We grouted with a light almond color. My wife than put a sealer on the grout with a applicator that looked like a toothbrush. It was well worth the money. I believe once you get the grout cleaned, you could apply the sealer to the grout. We purchased the sealer from a regular tile store.
