David, well, I don't want to start a war here at all, cause David is a great guy, but I agree with Dan, I hate all these modern light weight gas powered garden appliances that are just made for people who are too lazy to do the work the right way.
Probably David has a better excuse like working a rake gave him carpel tunnel syndrome or some such <GRIN> There must be a ballance somewhere between use of power appliances where they really do work that would take a deal of muscle to do by hand like chain saws, and overdoing it as in leaf blowers. But then i don't have to rake leaves either! <GRIN> It is pretty disgusting to have the nice crunchy good smelling autumn leaves all ruined by stinking gas and screaming blowers.
