Come on Max! The simplest and most effective way for Phil to achieve head cleaning is to lather a face cloth and push it into one ear and drag the end out through the other ear then vigorously tug each end in turn back and forth several times.
He might like to rinse with alcohol but my recommendation would be internally using something from the glens.
