The floor is done! Over the holiday weekend I finally finished the livingroom floor. I put in the last five rows of hardwood, then got all the trim nailed in. With the couch now pushed all the way up against the front wall, the room is noticeably larger.
I wish I could have done a better job on the trim, but I think it looks pretty damn good overall. since we are getting the house pointed starting next week, I will have to put off the deck for two weeks. Which means that the next couple of weekends are fun weekends. We can go camping, paddling, or skydiving and no guilt about not working on a project at home. -- Blue skies.
