They are very different things. Not to mention the Trekker costs approximately 60 times as much as the compass, $1,700 VS $29.95. I've got nothing against the Trekker, it is definitely spiffy, but my cell phone with Talks and WayFinder Access is much smaller and costs about half as much as the Trekker, and does everything the Trekker does, and is a cell phone to boot.
