Hi guys. Here in North Dakota, we have two tanks which are integrated such
that the levels are approximately evenly distributed between them using a pipe
which helps level out what is left in them such that usage results in equal
distribution from them. Now, the quandry: how do I, as a blind person, access
the fuel level in the tanks? There is a visual indicator, of course. :) Any
ideas? The tanks are readily accessible to touch in the basement. With fuel
costs what they are here, I want to not be caught with not enough with the
temperatures we've been having here, below zero readings having happened
several times already. :)

Thanks!
