Dale, Hydronic radiant heating systems run at a much lower temperature than a normal hot water system. I think the hydronic radiant heat runs at like 110 to 120 degrees. My boiler is set to 165 degrees. that's why I was wondering about the PEX.
I did look into the hydronic radiant heat, but it didn't seem like the best source for a hard wood floor with carpeting over it.
