I seem to be missing, a clarity of what rate was the onset flow rate.
Like you said, the watersaver devices may inhibit the onset. It seems as 
if they are not perfected and still expensive.
If I want to add a trickle of hot water, it should be available, even on 
the bathtub.
The cost is prohibitive too I think.
