How does a blind person use a carpenter level? Isn't it a tool with a bubble of water in it and when the bubble is even you know your piece is straight? How can you tell if it's level when you can't see? Also, how good is this talking tape measure I keep hearing about? How about electrical boxes? How do you know where each circuit breaker is without flipping the whole lot and seeing what it does? Like if the circuit breaker in the kitchen trips, how do you know which breaker in the box is which?
