Jenniffer, Call a local appliance store and ask who repairs microwaves locally. I'd be surprised if it wasn't fixable, particularly since it was expensive it should be worth doing. In the case of non talking microwaves it is often cheaper to get a new one, but I had my very old unit repaired because it has simple knobs and adjustments and no darned touch buttons.
Usually failure to heat is the tube that generates the Microwaves or a power supply part, and they shouldn't be unique to that unit. Luck Tom Fowle
