Well, The one thing I can say is look in to the reputation of the contractor they want to send.
I purchased a new washing machine and the Lows delivery person ripped my linoleum. The independent contractor Lows hired to replace the linoleum was undependable. When he finally did come enough times to complete the job, it was not right and we had to get some of the local Lows heads to come out and see the mess he had done. They made him redo the Linoleum but about a year later the seems started turning loose. Be careful. Now this is no reflection on Lows. This is, unfortunately, a reflection of our times! Damn! I am sounding like a curmudgeon.
