I have always wanted to do this. hire someone to clean our hot air system. I think this system must have some crap in it as it has been there since 1951. another person I knew had this done and when they were done cleaning it had a final wash/ rinse with store brand vinegar. I was able to do this cleaning borrowing soem vaccum pipes for extensions in a previous house but that air duct was short as it was a house on a slab and the heat vents were up over the doorways. . you will see I think a better flow of air.
