Thanks folks. I'll look for duct seal and 3m weatherproof tape tonight. No weather head, 1 inch PVC. I managed a drip loop on the phone line, but am a bit short on the TV cable to loop it down, but I will see if I can pick up some more slack in the line somewhere.
