dan, If the conduit's diameter is a lot bigger than the wires, you could get a cap and, since the wires are allready in place, maybe cut a slit big enough for the wires from the edge of the cap in far enough to clear the wires. Then cement it over the end of the conduit with PVC cement. Then, either seal it with silicone or maybe use "Coax or Connector seal"
this is a tape like rubbery substance that you wrap around connectors and press together till it forms a relatively solid mass which is claimed to be water tight. Radio shlock may carry it, or ham radio/antenna places Ham radio outlet, Texas towers etc. This connector seal might well be wrapped round the entire end of pipe and wires to form a seal that will remain relatively flexible and is fairly removable should you want to add more wires.
